I ordered the signature Giyohang seafood bowl.
Although it is the basic menu option, it is extremely delicious.

When sitting at the counter bar, tamagoyaki, konjac noodles, and tuna sashimi are served in order on the left side, so you can enjoy them while waiting for your seafood bowl. I waited to take a photo first, though…

You can mix wasabi into the soy sauce and pour it over the seafood bowl. I like wasabi, so I added a generous amount.

After enjoying your meal, a refreshing plum sherbet is served for dessert. Overall, the ingredients are extremely fresh and diverse, offering rich and complex flavors. If you love seafood, everyone will be satisfied without exception. I also personally liked adding a bit of black pepper provided in front of the seat.
