✨ Inside Moemiljip Busan: Atmosphere & Menu Guide
Moemiljip Busan is located on the 2nd floor of Orange Shopping Mall, and you can easily spot the signboard when looking up from the street.

It was newly selected for the Michelin Guide Busan 2026.

When you get off the elevator on the 2nd floor, it is located right in front of you.

The interior is very neat, clean, and modern.

The main menu features three types of buckwheat noodles: perilla seed, cold broth, and spicy mixed noodles.

Here are the side dish options available on the menu.

You can easily order and pay directly at your table using the kiosk terminal.

We ordered perilla oil buckwheat noodles (Deul-gireum Makguksu), boiled pork slices (Pyeon-yuk), and dumplings.

Overhead Shot

The perilla oil buckwheat noodles had a rich and nutty aroma. The staff kindly recommended eating half of the noodles first and then pouring the broth from the kettle to enjoy the rest.

The boiled pork (Pyeon-yuk) had a texture similar to bossam or jokbal, pairing very well with the noodles. You can dip the dumplings in the sauce provided on the side. The dumplings were familiar in taste, though not particularly unique.

Made with 100% domestic buckwheat, the freshly made noodles offered a clean flavor and a nicely chewy texture. Honestly, the overall prices are a bit on the higher side, so it might not feel like an extraordinary value. However, visiting a Michelin Guide Busan selected spot was a fun and interesting experience in itself.

Now that you have finished your meal, how about visiting a dessert cafe just a 5-minute walk away? It is operated by OPS Bakery, one of Busan’s top three bakeries, where you can enjoy both the bakery and the cafe space.
