The perilla oil buckwheat noodles had a rich and nutty aroma. The staff kindly recommended eating half of the noodles first and then pouring the broth from the kettle to enjoy the rest.

The boiled pork (Pyeon-yuk) had a texture similar to bossam or jokbal, pairing very well with the noodles. You can dip the dumplings in the sauce provided on the side. The dumplings were familiar in taste, though not particularly unique.

Made with 100% domestic buckwheat, the freshly made noodles offered a clean flavor and a nicely chewy texture. Honestly, the overall prices are a bit on the higher side, so it might not feel like an extraordinary value. However, visiting a Michelin Guide Busan selected spot was a fun and interesting experience in itself.
