✨ Inside EomYongBaek Doejigukbap Haeundae: Menu & Pork Soup Review

I visited EomYongBaek Doejigukbap Haeundae, a famous Busan pork soup spot.

It usually has a long line, but today was relatively uncrowded. You can register your waiting list via the Catchtable app or ask the staff for help.

The interior has plenty of seating, but it is always fully booked.

It features an open kitchen and traditional Korean interior design.

The menu includes pork soup options, boiled pork suyuk, and various drinks.

There is also a traditional floor-seating area available.

I ordered the rich broth EomYongBaek pork soup, which was located on the bottom left of the menu.

It comes with great side dishes, and placing a bit of pickled vegetables on top of the meat makes it very delicious.

The kimchi is perfectly fermented. I try many types of kimchi, but I find this lightly fermented style to be the most delicious.

The cubed radish kimchi is slightly sweet and gently spicy, so please give it a try.

It is pork jowl meat and it is extremely tender. It is not greasy at all and tastes very savory.

I often run out of rice, but here you can enjoy unlimited rice refills if you order one dish per person. They also offer extra broth refills, so please keep this in mind.

Right next door is a barbecue spot created by EomYongBaek, and the food there is also excellent. I will review it in my next post.
