Today, I would like to introduce Ananti Lou, an upscale Chinese fine-dining restaurant located inside the renowned 5-star hotel Village de Ananti in Busan.

From the moment you step inside, the interior feels exceptionally luxurious, ensuring a highly satisfying visit.

The venue features a grand main hall thoughtfully designed to accommodate smaller dining parties comfortably.

Private dining rooms are also available for guests seeking a more intimate and exclusive setting.

The complete culinary lineup can be reviewed on these printed menu pages.

For my meal, I ordered the seafood japchaebap.

It was generously packed with premium seafood, including tender squid, sea cucumber, and fresh shrimp, which beautifully brought out their natural flavors. The accompanying egg soup was equally delicious. While the prices are roughly twice as high as typical casual eateries, I highly recommend this place for its overwhelming luxury ambiance and generous use of high-grade ingredients.

The surrounding resort grounds offer plenty of scenic walking paths and open spaces to explore after dining, making it well worth a visit if you are in the Gijang area.
