✨ Inside Katsu Mansion 10 Busan: Atmosphere & Menu Guide
It is located on the 1st floor of Centum Hotel.

There are two entrances: one from the outside and one from inside the hotel. This is the entrance coming from inside the hotel.

Since it is a popular Centum City Tonkatsu spot, it tends to be quite busy and crowded.

They have a convenient ordering kiosk that supports Korean, English, and Chinese.

The menu mainly features three main dishes: Japanese tonkatsu, curry, and ramen.

Once you are seated at the counter, they serve your food directly over the top of the counter table.

I ordered the sirloin pork cutlet (Deongshim Tonkatsu).

It is an authentic, ultra-crispy Japanese pork cutlet filled with thick, juicy meat.

Here is the tonkatsu curry. The portion was surprisingly generous!

Pro tip: Grind the sesame seeds in the container with the white lid and add them to your tonkatsu sauce for a much richer, nuttier flavor.

It seems like the owner is a huge fan of cats! The restaurant is filled with cute cat-themed decorations and artwork. lol

I have always enjoyed their tonkatsu, and both the sirloin and tenderloin cutlets here are consistently delicious. The breading is delightfully crispy without being overly greasy, and the meat is fresh and thick. The Japanese curry also has a rich, thick texture with a subtle spicy kick that pairs perfectly with the meal.

If this is your first time visiting Katsu Mansion 10 Busan, I highly recommend going with the signature Japanese tonkatsu!
If you’re looking for dessert or a refreshing drink after your meal, I highly recommend Gong Cha, one of Korea’s most popular drink spots, just a 3-minute walk away! Its great advantage is the wide variety of menu options available.
