✨ Inside Moon Sushi Shinsegae Centum City: Menu & Lunch Course Review

Moon Sushi has its main store in Haeundae and a branch in Centum City. Today, I visited the branch inside Shinsegae Department Store. It is located right next to the 9th-floor escalator.

This is the menu board. I will order the lunch special course. It is available only on weekdays until 4:50 PM.

Since it is a high-end restaurant, the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. However, you can certainly look forward to the taste!

Once you place an order, cooking starts right here at the open counter.

First, a fresh salad is served. The cheese topping on top is the highlight of this dish.

Then, the freshly prepared sushi was served.

It consists of 10 pieces of sushi. Although it looks simple, you can feel the chef’s deep expertise.

Did you know that fish should touch your tongue first when eating sushi? (I also learned this recently.) You should lay it sideways, dip only the fish into soy sauce, and turn it over into your mouth.

Udon is served right when you are almost done eating the sushi. The udon here is my absolute favorite. The chewy texture of the noodles and the deep flavor of the broth are truly excellent.

Crispy tempura is also served, and it is delicious when dipped in the curry powder on the side.

Finally, sweet red bean jelly is served, which was great for finishing the meal.

I ate at a table since I ordered a simple sushi course, but I recommend sitting at the bar counter if you order an omakase meal.

The view outside is very pretty, and I think the atmosphere would be even better with a night view. It is a spot that guarantees both taste and view. I highly recommend visiting!
