If you are looking for a charming British-style dessert spot while shopping in Busan, I highly recommend Cafe Layered Shinsegae Centum City. Located on the B1 floor of Shinsegae Department Store, this popular bakery cafe is famous for its gorgeous display of freshly baked European scones and signature cakes.
