If you are looking for the famous OPS Bakery Busan, the Camellia Haute Branch is an absolute must-visit.

Known as one of the most iconic Busan bakery destinations, OPS originated in Namcheon-dong in 1989 as a pioneering first-generation artisanal bakery.
It offers premium, handmade European-style pastries while maintaining its exceptional quality over the decades.

Famous among locals and travelers alike, it boasts a classic, charming European atmosphere. Plus, you can package your favorite pastries and enjoy them at De Marigny, the French restaurant located right next door—so I highly recommend giving it a try!

✨ Inside OPS Bakery Busan : Atmosphere & Dessert Guide

OPS Bakery Busan is located right inside the Hyundai Camellia apartment complex.
Since it sits prominently on a major street corner in Haeundae, it is super easy to spot!

The logo looks exceptionally clean and elegant.
The name OPS actually comes from ‘Ops’, the goddess of abundance and harvest in Roman mythology—reflecting their philosophy to share rich flavors and pure happiness with every guest through fresh-baked goods.

As soon as you step inside OPS Bakery Busan, you will notice their iconic best-selling pastries and beautifully arranged gift boxes right at the front.

Along the large display windows, a mouth-watering selection of freshly baked treats is neatly lined up for visitors to browse.

In this cozy inner section, the bakery offers packaged baked items with a longer shelf life, making them ideal for taking home as delicious souvenirs.

They also offer a vast variety of signature gift sets. Rather than grabbing basic airport snacks, picking up these local bakery gifts gives your travel memories a much more authentic touch.

Freshly baked choux cream puffs coming straight out of the oven! As one of the absolute must-try items here, I simply couldn’t walk past without grabbing one.

Beautifully displayed cakes, but the glass fogged up because of the hot weather outside. What a pity! I wanted to take a prettier photo.

I got these packaged so I could take them and eat at De Marigny, the restaurant right next door. De Marigny is a restaurant run by OPS, and it has a great atmosphere and affordable prices—it’s one of my favorite places.

If you walk out through the side door, you’ll see this space. This is the side entrance to De Marigny. I’ll show you the main entrance later in my De Marigny post.

Various pastries sold at OPS are beautifully arranged. They look like little jewels gathered on the display table! haha

Seriously really really x 100 recommend this bread! This is OPS Bakery’s masterpiece, the ‘Pudding Danish’. Just try it… trust me.

Freshly made choux cream bread.. I feel like this is another secret weapon of theirs. It’s right next to the packaging area, so ask for one and definitely give it a try.

See you in the De Marigny post below!
I’ll show you an even prettier space there!
