✨ Inside Matsudo Busan: Seating & Food Guide

This is a delicious restaurant that I recently discovered, and it is so tasty that I wondered why I only found it now. I am usually not someone who seeks out ramen, but this place serves an unforgettable, life-changing bowl of ramen.

It is located directly across the street from IKEA, which is the blue building you can see.

The food has been served. The dish I ordered is the signature Matsudo Miso Ramen.

This ramen comes topped with both pork neck chashu and tender chicken breast chashu; the broth is exceptionally flavorful and delivered a whole new level of taste.

The next menu item is the signature Ebi Miso Abura Soba.

If you ask the staff while eating, they will provide a small bowl of steamed rice free of charge.

They say to mix the rice with the remaining sauce, and it is truly delicious. Uniquely, it had a flavor reminiscent of crab meat, similar to Poo Pad Pong Karee.

This is the garden of the building, and looking at the lush greenery makes me want to take a walk to help with digestion.
