Among them, the Souffl\u00e9 Mochi here at Unbent Coffee has been wildly popular, so I went to try it myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Honestly, it was the best dessert I&#8217;ve had recently. This is the Matcha Souffl\u00e9 Pancake. I actually came for the mochi version, but I felt like I had to try the original signature menu first. The cafe is filled with plants, which makes the air feel super fresh.
