Nestled inside the cultural complex F1963 in Suyeong-gu, YES24 Busan (YES24 부산 수영점) stands as an extraordinary flagship bookstore and cultural destination. Once a historic wire rope manufacturing factory, this expansive industrial space has been reimagined into an architectural showcase where industrial heritage meets contemporary reading culture. Massive original steel trusses and raw concrete walls provide a stunning backdrop for soaring bookshelves filled with an extensive collection of brand-new releases, international design publications, and curated bestsellers.
While YES24 began this space with a focus on used collections, the store has evolved into a premier bookstore filled primarily with fresh new volumes, trending lifestyle products, and interactive cultural exhibitions. Visitors can spend hours discovering newly published art and literature, exploring unique stationery and gifts, or relaxing in bright, open reading lounges. Located right beside Terarosa Coffee and Michael’s Urban Farm Table, YES24 Busan offers an inspiring literary escape between Haeundae and Gwangalli.

YES24 Busan is a large flagship bookstore located inside the cultural complex F1963. During my visit, I discovered an impressive selection of international foreign books alongside charming lifestyle merchandise and art postcards, which inspired me to share this detailed review.

Because an old industrial wire factory was transformed into this bookstore, it offers a distinctive and unconventional atmosphere compared to ordinary bookshops.

The interior provides comfortable wooden reading benches and spacious study desks, allowing visitors to read and browse books with ease.

Around the middle section of the store, there were plenty of adorable design items and collectible stationery goods to explore.

This miniature fish-shaped bungeoppang keyboard keycap is remarkably adorable.

The bookstore also features a second floor, so I recommend heading upstairs to take in the elevated view of the entire space.

If you love books and design, this is essentially the most impressive large-scale bookstore in Busan to include in your travel itinerary. Furthermore, the surrounding F1963 grounds offer plenty of cultural attractions and cafes to enjoy together!
